- What is a Private Transfer?
Private transfer – a transfer from point A to point B, in which you do not need to wait for other passengers or wait a certain time for departure. You are greeted at the airport or train station with an individual sign, and you will immediately go on a journey.
- What is included in the price Transfer?
The transfer price includes – Rent a car, driver, fuel, all taxes and fees. Rates are on a vehicle of the type and not per person.
- What vehicles are used for transfers?
All transfers are carried out on comfortable vehicles. All vehicles are air-conditioned, insured and meet all security requirements.
- What are your hours of work?
We work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year – including holidays.
- How can I make an order?
You can fill out the order form, or make a phone call. Order of service: airport – hotel should be sent at least 24 hours prior to arrival date. - How do I know that my order is accepted?

- When I pay for the service?
You pay for, after completion of the transfer, in cash. Exceptions are transfers from airports and train stations outside Bulgaria. In this case, a prepayment of 30% of the total cost of the transfer.
- Which currencies do you accept payment?
We accept payment in BGN, EUR and USD.
- Where can I change money?
Our driver will be able to transport you through a bank branch, where you can exchange money at a favorable rate. We recommend, if possible to exchange a small amount of money for the Bulgarian currency at departure from the country. We recommend not to change money at the airport, as there are often very unfavorable exchange rate.
- What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight and are ready to react to any changes in arrival time. Regardless of the delay, we will meet you at the airport and take you to your destination. If the flight is delayed, we do not charge extra taxes and fees.
- How to find a driver who meets me?
Our driver will wait for you at the arrival terminal, holding a sign with your name. If you can not find it, call our hotline +359 877 245 908 and we will do everything that he found you.
- How long is the trip to the airport?
It all depends on the distance to your destination. All detailed information can be obtained from your driver.
- I take along for the ride a lot of luggage, ski equipment or pets?
If you have a lot of luggage, ski equipment, or do you have a pet, please let us know in advance and we will try to meet your needs. All these services are provided free of charge.
- Should I tip the driver?
It all depends on how did the transfer. If you like the way you drove the driver and relevant to you, you can thank him. You have no obligation to tip, it is completely voluntary.

Yes, we offer excursions. Write your wishes to us on e-mail and we will prepare a program for you.
