Aheloy – the city (from 2009) in Bulgaria. Located on the Black Sea coast.
Located in the Burgas region, it is part of Pomorie municipality. The name of the Aheloy River (. Greek Αχελώος), up to 2009 – the village; until 1960 – the village was called Chimovo and earlier until 1934 – Chimos.
